El acto se realiz\u00f3 en la vivienda de Miriam Concha en Campo Nuevo, donde el Dr. Gerardo Zamora estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el vicegobernador de la provincia, Dr. Carlos Silva Neder y el Arq.
