El 31 de marzo,&nbsp;<strong>Preska&nbsp;<\/strong>hab\u00eda fallado contra Argentina en el juicio que inicio el&nbsp;<strong>fondo Burford&nbsp;<\/strong>Capital por la estatizaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>YPF<\/strong>. Tras ocho a\u00f1os de litigio, determin\u00f3 que la&nbsp;<strong>Argentina&nbsp;<\/strong>-y no la empresa- deb\u00eda pagar una indemnizaci\u00f3n tras argumentar que los demandantes ten\u00edan derecho a una sentencia sumaria por incumplimiento de contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno apelar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n, anticip\u00f3 la vocera presidencial,&nbsp;<strong>Gabriela Cerruti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preska&nbsp;<\/strong>emiti\u00f3 una orden en la cual aval\u00f3 los argumentos presentados por&nbsp;<strong>Burford&nbsp;<\/strong>y rechaz\u00f3 todos los pedidos presentados por los abogados de la Argentina, una decisi\u00f3n dur\u00edsima contra el pa\u00eds que el&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno&nbsp;<\/strong>apelar\u00e1 para intentar morigerar. En su decisi\u00f3n, la jueza&nbsp;<strong>Preska&nbsp;<\/strong>le dedic\u00f3 un p\u00e1rrafo espacial a&nbsp;<strong>Kicillof<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Kicillof&nbsp;<\/strong>declar\u00f3 descaradamente que ser\u00eda \u201cest\u00fapido\u201d cumplir \u201cla ley de la propia&nbsp;<strong>YPF<\/strong>\u201d o \u201crespetar[] sus estatutos.
