Asimismo, al dirigirse a los participantes, enfatiz\u00f3 que el <strong>plan estrat\u00e9gico provincial<\/strong> tiene como misi\u00f3n central <strong>crear territorios sostenibles con ciudades inteligentes<\/strong>, destacando la colaboraci\u00f3n fundamental de los <strong>t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales<\/strong> que acompa\u00f1an el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bEn tanto, <strong>Luis Lucena<\/strong> alent\u00f3 a los estudiantes a transformar la actividad en una <strong>experiencia de crecimiento personal y grupal<\/strong>.
